All-Souls-Day is a Satanic religious holiday based upon a demonic doctrine.
"All Souls' Day (formally, Commemoratio omnium Fidelium Defunctorum or Commemoration of all the Faithful Departed), also called Defuncts' Day in Mexico and Belgium, is the day set apart in the Roman Catholic Church and some other churches for the commemoration of the faithful departed. The celebration is based on the doctrine that the souls of the faithful which at death have not been cleansed from venial sins, or have not atoned for past transgressions, cannot attain the beatific vision, and that they may be helped to do so by prayer and by the sacrifice of the mass.
The feast falls on November 2 and follows All Saints Day. Since the liturgical reforms of the Second Vatican Council the feast is celebrated on November 2 even in years when that date falls on a Sunday. In the traditional Latin rite, the observance is transferred to Monday, November 3 if November 2 is a Sunday, as black vestments are never permitted on Sundays." -SOURCE (WIKIPEDIA, the free online dictionary)
All Sin is Punishable by Hell-fire
There is not a more damnable beast than the Roman Catholic religion.
The Word of God never differentiates between "venial" sins verses "mortal" sins. In fact, the terms aren't even mentioned in the Bible. The idea that certain sins will send a person to Hell; but others won't is absurd. Catholic leaders would lead you to believe that some sins aren't all that bad. In sharp contrast, James 2:10 states ... "For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all." The Word of God teaches that even if you only commit ONE SIN, you are considered guilty of committing all sins.
Why? It is because by committing even one sin, you CANNOT enter into the Kingdom of God. It was ONE SIN which brought Adam and Eve to their knees, caused them to die spiritually, caused them to be banished from the garden of Eden, and brought sin and death upon all humanity. What was their great sin? Eating the forbidden fruit? Yes, but the much deeper sin was that they willingly disobeyed God. Carefully note that Eve was DECEIVED (1st Timothy 2:14). According to Catholic mentality, Eve's sins were only "venial" because she was sincerely deceived. Yet, God punished Eve as much as Adam. The only hope of redemption was in the coming Savior, Jesus Christ.
Oh how foolish are Catholics to believe that some sins are "venial" (forgivable); but others aren't. God can forgive ALL sins. Isaiah 1:18 promises, "Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool" (Isaiah 1:18). The ONLY sin, the unpardonable sin, which God cannot forgive is the grievous sin of REJECTING CHRIST. In Romans 8:9, the Holy Spirit is referred to as the "Spirit of Christ." Hence, to reject Christ as Savior is to blaspheme His Spirit. 2nd Peter 3:9 clearly reveals that God wants to save all men, "The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance."
Proverb 14:12 states, "There
is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof
are the ways of death." You can be 100% sincere;
but you'll still go straight to Hell if you die in your
sins. These malicious doctrines of the Catholic Church
are NOT taught in the Word of God. You've been lied
to. All sin is wicked and wrong. There is no
such thing as a little white sin, all sin is horrible! Thankfully, God sent His only begotten Son into the world to
shed His blood upon the cross for our sins (John 3:16; 1st
Peter 1:18-19.
All Souls Day is a Fraud!
The Catholic teaching that the prayers of the living can help the dead is unscriptural. Not once did any of the Bible prophets or Apostles pray for the dead. Jesus never taught us to pray for the dead. The Word of God couldn't be any more clear that once we breathe our last breath, our eternal destiny is forever sealed. In Matthew 25 Jesus likened Heaven to a parable of 10 virgins.
The Bible says that 5 were wise; but the other 5 were foolish. When the bridegroom came at midnight, "the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out" (Matthew 25:8). Carefully notice that the wise women couldn't help the foolish women. In verse 12 the bridegroom said, "Verily I say unto you, I know you not." Noah and the ark is another prime example of what will happen to the wicked who die in their sins. Once God shut the door to the ark, it was too late.
Committing even one sin will send you to Hell for all eternity. All-Souls-Day is a fraudulent event, based upon the damnable heresies of evil men. No one can help you escape God's wrath if you die in your sins ... "How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation" (Hebrews 2:3). Don't be a fool by placing your salvation in the hands of other sinners, because they cannot help you. If you think that some sins aren't all that bad (venial sins), and that you can pray your loved one's out of punishment, then you are greatly deceived by Satan.
2nd Thessalonians plainly states, "In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord." If you die without having obeyed the Gospel (the good news) of Christ crucified, then you WILL burn in Hell forever.
Catholics teach that certain of their members who die in their "venial" sins will go to Purgatory; but the Word of God teaches something entirely different ... "But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness." If you have believed upon Christ, that God has imputed Christ's righteousness to your record, and your sins to His. In fact, Romans 4:6 states ... "Even as David also describeth the blessedness of the man, unto whom God imputeth righteousness without works."
So why would such a blessed man go to suffer in Purgatory? Do you see how much the Catholic Church has LIED to you. The Bible is clear, either you are a total heathen, or you have Christ's righteousness in spite of your present sins. Lot was a sinful man; but he believed God and it was counted unto him for righteousness. Does this give us a license to sin, of course not.
All-Souls-Day is a scam, based
upon a manmade foolish doctrine.
Manmade Doctrines
Photo to Left: Catholics commit idolatry by bowing to a graven image.
There are NO Scriptures teaching a place called "Purgatory." Purgatory is a manmade doctrine, first introduced by Gregory the Great in 593 A.D. Billions of souls have become victims of the woeful beast of Catholicism. People ignorantly are worshipping Satan in the name of religion. As we learn in 1st Corinthians 10:20, there is a demon behind all idol worship.
The Rosary, or prayer beads, was introduced by Peter the Hermit in the year 1090 A.D. This is historical data which cannot be refuted. Catholicism is a conglomerate of manmade traditions, fabricated by evil men over the centuries to control the masses, and make merchandise of their families. Jesus plainly condemned such traditions of men in Mark 7:6-13. Strangely enough, the same Scriptures are found in the Catholic Douay version of the Bible.
Catholics have been brainwashed to accept whatever the Pope, the Catholic Church, says. In fact, Catholics recognize the doctrines of their Church as EQUAL in authority with the Word of God. This is evil. The Word of God should be our Final Authority.
You can pray 'til you're blue in the face; but it won't help your departed loved ones at all. You can give all your money to the Church; but it's too late for your loved ones if they died in their sins without Christ as Savior. There is absolutely NOTHING anyone can do to benefit those suffering in Hell. This is clearly evidenced by the account given in Luke 16:19-31 of the rich man who went to Hell. Jesus didn't say that this was a parable, as He always did when He spoke parables. Also, unlike His parables, Jesus used SPECIFIC names in this account (i.e., Abraham and Lazarus).
The rich man was in torment, and begged Abraham to send Lazarus from the dead to warn his five brothers. Abraham makes a startling statement by saying, "And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead." In other words, if people won't listen to the Word of God, then nothing will reach them for Christ.
The Bible teaches that when God shall pour out His wrath
upon the earth in the Tribulation Period, that many men will
curse God and still refuse to repent, even in lieu of such
obvious acts of God (Revelation 9:20-21; 16:9,11). If
an unbeliever, including most followers of religion, won't
obey the simple
Gospel of Christ Jesus, then they are well nigh
hopeless. What will it be? ... Religion? ... or Jesus
Christ alone?
How Can Anyone Be Saved?
The answer my friend is to become born-again in Christ Jesus.
I'm not talking about religion, I'm talking about you personally believing upon Jesus Christ, apart from all else, to forgive your sins and save your soul. To truly trust Jesus Christ, you must not place any trust in the Church, the sacraments, baptism, or anything else. The Biblical Gospel EXCLUDES all self-righteousness. Mary cannot save you, and trusting her even 1% will cause you to burn in Hell forever.
You must trust Jesus ALONE, because of the blood He shed to pay for your sins. Please understand that it's ok to have doubts, just as long as you trust Christ 100%. Let me explain. I may be unsure whether a ladder will support my weight or not; but if I still step completely upon the ladder, I have placed 100% of my trust in that ladder's ability to hold me up. Now if I hold onto a rope or something else, just in case the ladder fails, then I haven't trusted the ladder at all.
So as you can see from this illustration, there is a big difference between having doubts, and unbelief. It's ok to have doubts, just as long as you believe on Christ; thus, obeying the Gospel. However, it is NOT ok to rely upon other things, such as the sacraments, or Mary, or church membership to save you, because then you're not trusting Christ at all. It is unbelief to trust in the Catholic Church to save you. From the cradle to the casket, Catholicism offers to structure people's lives with religion; but it is just religion.
To go to Heaven, you'll need far more than mere religion--you need the Son of God. If your doubts prevent you from believing upon Christ, then it is not ok and you are in grave danger of going to Hell when you die. Let me say it this way...even if you have 99% doubt, you can still be saved if you'll place your total faith in Christ; but if you place even 1% of your faith in anything besides Christ alone, you will go to Hell forever. This is Biblical teaching. God does not require a certain degree of faith for a lost sinner to be saved, He just requires faith. Faith is faith. Many people "think" they have faith in Christ; but they have been woefully deceived into believing that faith in their religion is a form of faith in Christ.
It is total
unbelief. You'd better forsake your damnable false
religion and turn to the Savior, who gave His precious blood
to take away our sins... "Forasmuch as ye know that ye
were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and
gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from
your fathers; But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a
lamb without blemish and without spot" (1st Peter
1:18-19). Religion is a sure road to Hell. If
only Catholics would read their own Bible and truly
comprehend the meaning of Romans 10:3-4... "For they
being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to
establish their own righteousness, have not submitted
themselves unto the righteousness of God. For Christ
is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that
believeth." You need
HIS
righteousness my friend, not your own. We cannot
save ourselves, and neither can the Church.
